Our AUTOMATIC CALL ATTENDANT will answer your incoming telephone calls whenever you are unable to. Upon answer, it will play a brief welcoming message followed by your normal On Hold message. It also provides you with a fully automatic MESSAGE ON HOLD facility, which will allow you to place any telephone call ON HOLD, at any time, from any telephone connected to your line. This call can then be retrieved from the same telephone or any other telephone connected to your line.
The Automatic Call Attendant will even generate a brief
RINGBACK REMINDER ring, every 15 seconds, after the first 30 second period, to remind you that you have a call on hold.
It has been specifically designed for use with an ordinary SINGLE TELEPHONE LINE and for quick and easy 5 MINUTE USER INSTALLATION on ANY TELEPHONE SOCKET.
AUTOMATIC CALL ATTENDANT incorporates a High Quality MP3 based Digital Message System, which is specifically designed for telephone line use. It has no moving parts that can wear out, or which require maintenance.
It uses the latest postage stamp sized MMC or SD flash cards to store its message. This means that you can prepare a NEW MP3 MESSAGE at any time on your PC and then simply copy it to the MMC or SD flash card, using the supplied USB MMC/SD programmer. Alternatively, a new message can be prepared by one of our National Network of Message Production Companies and mailed direct to you. Replacing your message is a simple Plug and Play procedure.
